Educational Qualification: 

1. Head Constable (Motor Mechanic) – i) 10+2 pass.  ii) Certificate in Motor Mechanic from a recognised institution or Industrial Training Institute (ITI) with Minimum 03 years practical experience in the trade in a reputed workshop or Minimum 03 years Diploma in Automobile Engineering.

2. Constable (Motor Mechanic) –  i) Matriculation or 10th class pass; and ii) Industrial Training Institute (ITI) certificate in Concerned trade from a recognised Institution; or  iii) Three years experience in respective trade from a recognized firm.

Age Limit: (As on 22.01.2025)

1. Head Constable (Motor Mechanic) – 18 to 25 Years

2. Constable (Motor Mechanic) – 18 to 25 Years

Relaxation of Upper age limit:

For SC/ ST Applicants: 5 years

For OBC Applicants: 3 years

For PwBD (Gen/ EWS) Applicants: 10 years

For PwBD (SC/ ST) Applicants: 15 years

For PwBD (OBC) Applicants: 13 years

For Ex-Servicemen Applicants: As per Govt. Policy

Salary Details:

1. HC (Motor Mechanic) – Level – 4  Rs.25500 – 81100/-  (As per Seventh CPC)

2. Constable (Motor Mechanic) – Level – 3 Rs.21700 – 69100/-  (As per Seventh CPC)

Selection Process:

1. Phase I: Physical Efficiency Test (PETs), Physical Standard Test (PSTs), Phase II: Document Verification, Written Examination, Skill Test, Merit List

2. Phase III: Detailed Medical Examination (DME), Review Medical Examination (RME)
