1. Chief Financial Officer & Company Secretary

Eligibility Criteria:

Educational Qualification: 

– CA or CMA with Fifteen plus years of experience, including at least Five years in a Senior Management Position of a Large Corporate.  – Associate Member or Fellow Member of the Institute of Company Secretaries of India with a minimum of 5+ years of post-qualification experience in the Secretarial Department of a Public Limited Company.

Age Limit: (As on 01.10.2024)

1. Chief Financial Officer & Company Secretary  – Not more than 50 years
